摘 要:采用有限元软件分析某胀包机立柱,并通过拓扑优化技术,在保证结构刚度的前提下,以减少的材料质量为变量,最大程度地优化立柱形状和体积,获得立柱质量的最佳分布。立柱在拓扑优化前的质量为721.9 kg,优化后的质量为516.57 kg,拓扑优化的结果比原有立柱质量减少了205.33 kg,体积减少了30%,为有效提高机床立柱结构静、动态性能并实现结构轻量化设计提供了理论依据。The finite element software was used to analyze the pillar of a bulging machine. Further through topology optimization, under the premise of ensuring the structure rigidity with the mass of reduced material being variable, the optimal distribution of the pillar's mass was obtained by optimizing the pillar's shape and volume. The mass of the pillar before optimization was 721.9 kg and the optimized mass was 516.57 kg. The mass was reduced by 205.33 kg and the volume was 30% lower than that of the original pillar by employing topology optimization. The research provided a theoretical basis for improving effectively the static and dynamic performance of the machine' s pillar and achieving the lightweight design.
