摘 要:为了解全国青冈栎种源在湖南的生长表现,为青冈栎种源选择奠定基础,本试验采用完全随机区组设计,以条播的方式对全国32个青冈栎种源种子进行播种育苗。以青冈栎1年生种源苗为观测对象,每个种源号观测30株/重复,3次重复,共90株苗。观测调查指标包括苗高和地径。实验结果:(1)青冈栎1年生32个种源苗之间苗高和地径生长均呈现极显著差异(p<0.01)。(2)青冈栎1年生32个种源苗之间,苗高最高值43.82 cm(11号)比最低值17.86 cm(29号)高出145.35%,地径最高值4.16 mm(11号)比最低值2.14 mm(31号)高出94.39%。(3)经过综合筛选,得出苗高和地径生长表现最优的种源为20号(广西阳朔白沟5号)和11号(广西阳朔白沟1号);苗高和地径生长表现最慢种源为29号(平江石栎)和31号(江西2号)。青冈栎种源不同,在湖南的气候和土壤条件下生长表现不同;20号(广西阳朔白沟5号)和11号(广西阳朔白沟1号)种源生长表现最优,是适合在湖南生长的优良种源。The study was carried out to understand the growth performance in Hunan of Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings from various of provenances in or der to lay the foundation of provenance selection of Cyclobalanopsis glauca. In this trial, completely randomized block design was adopted to sow in drill and propagate seedlings of Cyclobalanopsis glauca seeds from various of provenances. Oneyear-old seedlings of Cyclobalanopsis glauca provenances were observed and investigated in 30 seedlings per replicate, with 3 replicates, 90 seedlings in total. Investigation indicators include seedling height and ground diameter.(1) There both were extremely significant difference in seedling height and ground diameter of one-year-old seedlings of Cyclobalanopsis glauca among 32 provenances.(2) The maximum seedling height with 43.82 cm(provenance 11) was 145.35% bigger than the minimum seedling height with 17.86 cm(provenance 29). The maximum ground diameter with 4.16 mm(provenance 11) was 94.39% higher than the minimum ground diameter with 2.14 mm(provenance 31).(3) After comprehensive selection, it was found out that the provenances with optimal growth performance of seedling height and ground diameter were provenance 20(Guangxi Yangshuo 5) and provenance 11(Guangxi Yangshuo 1) and the provenances with both worst growth performance of seedling height and ground diameter were provenance 29(Pingjiang Shili) and provenance 31(Jiangxi 2). Different Cyclobalanopsis glauca provenance had different growth performance under the climate and soil conditions of Hunan province. For optimal growth performance, provenance 20(Guangxi Yangshuo 5) and provenance 11(Guangxi Yangshuo 1) were chosen as the optimal provenances growing in the region of Hunan province.
