摘  要:为了解社会网络对于农村妇女干部职务升迁的影响效用,以广东省316位村两委女干部为抽样样本,分析了人力资本、先赋因素、初始地位、政治资本、社会网络资源和实际使用的社会资本各项自变量对女村干现任职务级别的影响,以及这些自变量之间的相互关系。分析结果显示:社会网络与职业提升之间存在着因果效应;社会网络的质比量更具重要意义;教育程度、年龄、党员身份、家庭背景等因素不仅对女村干职职务升迁有着程度不一的影响,也会对女村干拥有的社会网络资源和社会资本状况产生作用。在推进农村妇女参政中,应正视社会网络对提升参政机会和层级的积极作用;同时警惕社会网络对女村干职业发展可能存在的负面影响。This article is intended to explore the impact and effects of social networks on the occupational promotion of rural women cadres. It uses quantitative statistical approaches to analyze a sample of 316 rural women cadres in Guangdong province, in order to reveal the impact of several independent variables(human capital, ascribed factors, initial status, political capital, social network resources and mobilized social capital)on present occupational ranks of rural women cadres and the interrelation of these variables. The research outcome shows the cause-effect of social networks on occupational promotion, the significance of quality more than quantity of social networks, and the impact of various factors such as education,age, party membership, family background on the occupational promotion as well as social network resources and mobilized social capital of rural women cadres. Finally, the article reveals the implications of above research findings for promoting political participation of rural women and the according countermeasures.
