摘　　要：脓毒症致急性呼吸窘迫综合征属中医暴喘范畴,在借鉴古代医家、现代名老中医经验的基础上,结合自身多年的体会,最终组成保肺解窘汤。该方治疗脓毒症致轻度急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)疗效较好,可以阻止病情向中重度ARDS和多器官功能障碍综合征发展,从而降低该病的病死率,并为防治非典、禽流感、埃博拉出血热等重大传染病提供思路。Acute respiratory distress syndrome caused by sepsis belongs to the category of dyspnea in Traditional Chinese medicine. On the basis of ancient and modern experience of doctors of Chinese medicine,combined with our own years of experience,Baofei Jiejiong Decoction was formed,which has a better curative effect on mild acute respiratory distress syndrome caused by sepsis,and can prevent the disease from developing moderate to severe ARDS and MODS,so as to reduce the mortality rate of the disease,and also provided ideas for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,such as SARS,avian influenza and Ebola hemorrhagic fever.
