消定膏联合杜仲腰痛丸治疗腰椎术后轴性下腰痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察消定膏联合杜仲腰痛丸治疗腰椎术后轴性下腰痛的临床疗效并探讨其机制。方法将腰椎术后轴性下腰痛患者100例随机分为试验组与对照组,各50例。试验组采用消定膏联合杜仲腰痛丸治疗,对照组采用云南白药气雾剂联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗。两组均治疗两个疗程。结果两组治疗2周、4周后试验组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估(JOA)评分及及Oswestry功能障碍指数改善均优于治疗前(P<0.05);试验组总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。结论消定膏联合杜仲腰痛丸治疗腰椎术后轴性下腰痛较云南白药气雾剂联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片的疗效更优,但需要更大样本的研究及进一步随访证实。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaoding Ointment combined with Duzhong Yaotong Decoction on axial low back pain after lumbar surgery. Methods： 100 cases of patients with axial low back pain after lumbar surgery were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,50 cases in each.The experimental group received Xiaoding Ointment combined with Duzhong Yaotong Decoction,while the control group received Yunnan Baiyao Aerosol combined with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Capsules. The two groups were treated for two courses. Results： After 2 and 4 weeks＇ treatment,the VAS score,JOA score and Oswestry dysfunction index in the experimental group were better than those before treatment（P 0.05）. The total effective rate was 94.00% in the experimental group and 76.00% in the control group;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaoding Ointment combined with Duzhong Yaotong Decoction on lumbar postoperative axial low back pain has a better effect than Yunnan Baiyao Aerosol combined with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Capsules,which needs amount of study and further follow-up confirmed.
