军队院校培养军民融合式社会国防人才初探

摘　　要：我国近些年实施的军民融合式人才培养,都是依托地方资源培养军事人才,缺少一些利用军队资源培养"社会国防人才"的探索尝试,这使军民融合的内涵显得片面化。从践行军民融合战略出发,立足军队院校改革,分析了军队院校培养"社会国防人才"的现实意义,提出了针对人才培养改革的若干条创新思路,并指出了在实践人才培养过程中应该注意的几点问题。In recent years the connotation of military and civilian integration appears to be one-sided because most of the practice was unilaterally relying on local resources,but the probing to cultivating social defense personnel with military and civilian integration by exploiting military resources was quite rare.For the purpose of practicing the military and civilian integration strategy and adapting to the reform of institutions,the study analyzes the practical significance of cultivating social defense personnel with military and civilian integration in military academies,puts forward a number of new ideas on personnel training reform,and points out some of the issues that should be noted in the process of personnel cultivating.
