摘　　要：粕饼在运输过程中易自热分解发生自燃危险,采用集装箱运输应满足一定安全运输条件。在分析集装箱装运粕饼风险的基础上,从粕饼类货物自燃特性、箱内温度变化及入箱初始温度等方面进行引发粕饼自燃的试验研究。结果表明,粕饼温度随集装箱内环境温度升高持续升高,由于粕饼含油含水,加速粕饼氧化,易引发自燃,并且入箱初始温度越高,自热分解导致自燃可能性越大。据此,提出铁路运输粕饼时应严格控制油水含量、入箱前应冷却至常温、装箱防止积热、掏箱通风等安全运输相关建议。Spontaneous combustion is easy to happen in seed cake transportation, so some safety conditions should be satisfied during container transportation. On the basis of analyzing the risk of container seed cake transportation, a test study on seed cake spontaneous combustion is taken from the aspects of spontaneous characteristics of seed cake freight, temperature change inside box and the original temperature of freight putting into box. The result shows the temperature of seed cake increases following the increasing temperature inside box, seed cake will rapidly oxidize and be easy to spontaneous combustion because of its oil and water contents, and the higher original temperature of freight putting into box, the greater possibility of spontaneous combustion will be occurred by self-heating and decomposition. Based on above, this paper puts forward suggestions on safe transportation, for example, the oil and water contents should be controlled during seed cake transportation, the temperature of seed cake should be cooled to common temperature before putting into the box, prevent heat accumulation in the process of encasement and keep ventilation when container dumping.
