摘  要:结合传统的翻耕铧式犁和深松犁的各自特点,研制开发浅翻深松犁,对表层土壤进行翻耕而对深层土壤进行深松作业,形成上虚下实,底部生成流水"鼠道",有利于植物根系生长发育的良好土体结构。通过对浅翻深松犁的田间试验,对试验结果和机具工作情况进行分析、研究,为操作使用浅翻深松农机具提供实际参考经验。一次作业即可完成翻松两道工序,提高效率节约成本,达到增加农业产业经济效益的最终目的。Combining with the characteristics of traditional tillage plow and sub-soiling shovel,a shallow turn and deep loose plow was developed.This designed plow can tillage the surface soil and loose the deep soil to form better soil structure,that virtual in upper space,real in lower space,and the"rat aisle"is generated,which has beneficial to roots growing and developing.Based on the field trial,references for applying shallow turn and deep loose plow were proposed,with the analysis and study on test results and working performance.Completing turn and loose process at one time can improve the working efficiency and save costs,and finally achieve the goal that increases economic benefits of agricultural industry.
