摘 要:通过分析国内外历年蔬菜产业相关文献资料及统计数据,开展问卷调研和实地调查,对蔬菜生产概况及问题、蔬菜生产机械化水平现状等进行研究。分析表明,我国蔬菜生产量和消费量均居世界第一,改革开放以来,我国蔬菜产业发展迅速,同时也面临诸多问题。我国蔬菜生产机械化尚处于初始机械化阶段,水平较低且发展不均衡,必须以机械化生产为前提,构建蔬菜机械化生产技术体系,提高蔬菜生产综合效益和科技水平。According to the historical data and field survey of vegetable production development at home and abroad,the general situation,problems,mechanized production level of vegetable production in China were studied.The results indicate that China has the highest vegetable yield and consumption in the world.Vegetable industry of China has been developing rapidly since the reform and opening up,and some challenges have appeared.The mechanized production of vegetable is still in the primary stage,which means low mechanization level and unbalanced development status.The establishment of vegetable mechanized production technology system should take mechanized production as the premise,so as to improve the comprehensive benefit and science and technology level of vegetable production.
