摘　　要：本文比较了我国的卫生检疫法和英国公共卫生(船舶)条例,从立法背景、法规内容、立法调整范围、立法目的与适用范围,以及监督管理机构、船舶检疫、传染病信息通报与处理措施等方面进行了对比,可借鉴英国公共卫生(船舶)条例及具体做法,完善我国卫生检疫体系。The point of the legislative goal,the lawmaking backgrounds,contants,the legislative purpose and applications,as well as the supervision institutions,ships quarantine,notification and disposal of infectious disease etc. of China and England had been compared. The reference of Public Health（Ships） Regulations in England could be learnt to improve the implementation of laws and regulations about health quarantine in China.
