摘  要:汽车发动机空气过滤纸具有除杂防尘、减少磨损等特点,已成为发动机不可或缺的部分。本文从介绍空气过滤介质的背景出发,综述了阻燃型滤纸研制和应用的必要性,总结了燃烧的原因和阻燃的机理,归纳了常用的耐高温纤维、阻燃剂和树脂增强剂的特点,分析了几种阻燃剂与滤纸结合方式的优缺点,并展望了阻燃型环保滤纸的发展趋势。Owning to excellent dust removing and reducing the wear of cylinder, air filter paper has been a significant part of automobile engines. In this article was reviewed the background of air filter medium and the necessities of research and application of f lame-retardant filters. The reason of combustion and mechanism of flame retardant was summarized, and the basic characteristic of common thermally resistant fibers, flame retardants and resins were also concluded. In addition, advantages and disadvantages of the several bonding forms between flame retardants and filter paper were concluded and compared, and the future developing trends of manufacturing flame-retardant, environment-friendly filter paper.
