基于响应面法的防水铜版纸原纸生产工艺参数优化

摘　　要：通过响应面法建立了铜版纸原纸3个生产工艺参数:湿强剂、打浆度和松香胶与原纸4个工艺目标紧度、抗张强度、表面吸收质量、光泽度之间的二次回归方程。并对铜版纸原纸生产工艺参数进行了单工艺目标和综合工艺目标优化。优化结果为:湿强剂为1.0%,打浆度为35°S R,松香胶为2.0%;此时,纸张的紧度为0.4822g/cm^3,抗张强度为5.7056k N/m,表面吸收质量为46.133g/cm^2,光泽度为26.781。验证试验表明,实际铜版纸质量指标与优化结果基本一致。Through the response surface method were established regression equations between three kinds of base paper coated paper production process parameters（wet strength agent, beating degree, rosin） and four target parameters（paper density, tensile strength, surface absorption, quality and gloss）. It optimized that production process parameters of coated paper single process goal and comprehensive process. The optimization results showed that wet strength agent dosage is 1%, the beating degree 35°SR androsin milk dosage 2%, for these conditions the density of paper is 0.4822g/cm3, the tensile strength is 5.7056 kN/m, the surface absorption 46.133g/cm2, glossiness is 26.781. The verification test shows that the actual paper quality targets and the optimization results are basically same.
