摘  要:阔叶木浆较低的价格和对孔径的控制能力使得其在工业滤纸的生产中广泛应用,但阔叶木浆的纤维相对较短、细,对滤纸透气性能限制较大。实际生产经验显示,随着阔叶木浆加入量的提高,滤纸孔径逐渐缩小,透气度大幅降低。准确的确定阔叶木浆加入量,能够合理控制孔径和透气度的范围,同时可以充分利用阔叶木浆价格较低的优势,有效降低生产成本。实验结果显示:阔叶木浆的加入量与滤纸孔径和透气度均呈现出反比例函数图像,并可以求出关系式。By the advantages of ample supply and prompt delivery, the low price and the effect on limiting pore size, hardwood pulp is widely used in industrial filter paper production. However, as the hardwood fiber is short and thin, it restricts air permeability of paper. The actual production experience shows that, with the increase of the amount of hardwood pulp, pore size in filter paper shrunk, and air permeability greatly reduced. To determine the amount of hardwood pulp accurately can control the range of pore size and air permeability, also can make full use of the lowprice on hardwood pulp to reduce the production cost effectively. Experimental results show that the addition of hardwood pulp shows an inverse function image to filter pore size and air permeability, with which a relationship can be found out.
