摘  要:电机在工业生产及我们的日常生活中的应用十分广泛,已成为当今生产活动和日常生活中最主要的原动力和驱动装置。Zig Bee无线网络通信技术及传感器技术的快速发展,推动了现代工业的智能化发展。本文基于TI公司的CC2530芯片,针对工业领域中不超过10 k W的中小功率电机,分别设计了电机数据采集的子节点和数据无线传输的协调节点,构建Zig Bee组网。通过ZigBee网络将电机的运行数据传送给远程PC端,实现对电机运行状态的实时监测,确保电机的正常运行。The motor is widely used in modern industrial production and our daily life and has become the most important driving force and driving device. The rapid development of Zig Bee wireless network communication technology and sensor technology promotes the intelligent development of modern industry. For the small and medium power motor no more than 10 k W in industrial field,the system designed sub-nodes of the motor data acquisition and coordination nodes of the data wireless transmission based on CC2530 chip of TI company,and constructed Zig Bee network. The running data of the motor is transmitted to the remote PC terminal through the Zig Bee network to realize the real-time monitoring of operation status of the motor. It ensured the normal operation of the motor.
