摘  要:磁动势与电磁转矩的准确计算与转子初始位置检测是发电电动机起始运行阶段能否成功的重要前提。本文对江苏省内某抽水蓄能电站2台静止变频器(static frequency converters,SFC)水泵拖动的PID控制器在强迫换流阶段失败的原因进行分析,利用磁链方程推导出转子初始位置判据,并提出SFC与励磁系统、监控系统的协调配合方法,提高了SFC抽水调相拖动阶段的调试效率。同时,提出一种改进的SFC系统继电保护整定方法,防止SFC继电保护误动作,具有良好的工程应用前景。Accurate calculation of magneto motive force and electromagnetic torque and the initial rotor position detection are the important prerequisite for the success of the starting operation of the generator motor. The reasons for the PID controller failure of forced commutation of 2 static frequency converter(SFC) driving generator motors in Jiangsu practical pumped storage power station are proposed. Then, the coordinated control strategy of SFC and excitation system, SFC and computer supervisory control system is proposed, using flux linkage equation to determine the initial rotor position, which can greatly improve the debugging efficiency of pumping phase modulation drive stage. At the same time, an improved relay protection setting method for SFC system is proposed to prevent the malfunction. The practical application results show that this methods has a good engineering application prospect.
