摘　　要：在梳理现有文献的基础上,比较分析阻碍BIM广泛应用的众多因素,对主要障碍因素进行分类综述;通过文献综合分析,总结BIM在国外应用过程中的主要障碍,同时也为BIM在我国的广泛应用提供研究基础及借鉴。On the basis of combing the existing literature, this paper compares and analyzes the many factors hindering the widespread application of BIM, and classifies the main obstacle factor; This paper summarizes the main obstacles in the application of BIM in foreign countries through the comprehensive analysis of the literature, and also provides the research foundation and the references for the extensive application of BIM in our country.
