摘 要:结合美国国家点火装置(NIF)的部分参数,利用两镜型线聚焦空间滤波器(SSF)来替代主放大腔中的针孔滤波器,对其在高功率激光装置中的应用进行了初步的研究。以NIF为例,SSF的应用可使远场强度降低两个数量级,使腔空间滤波器和放大腔分别缩短约6.2450m(27%)和13.8707m(30%),而放大腔中远场强度的降低以及去掉传输空间滤波器中的滤波光阑,又使得主光路中基本无等离子体堵孔的问题。同时,基于平面化离轴偏角的设计思想并结合放大腔中变形镜与反射镜互成物像面的特点,对SSF构成的放大腔进行了离轴多程设计以避免放大自发辐射,为SSF的实际应用以及高功率激光装置的进一步发展奠定了基础。Utilizing some parameters of national ignition facility(NIF),the two-lens slit spatial filter(SSF)replaces the pinhole spatial filter in main amplifier cavity for the high-power laser facility,and the application is studied preliminarily.Take NIF as an example,the far-field intensity decreases two orders of magnitude due to the SSF,reducing the cavity spatial filter and the amplifier cavity by about 6.2450 m(27%)and 13.8707 m(30%)respectively.Basically there will be no pinhole(slit)closure problem in the main optical system since the reduction of far-field intensity and the absences of filter aperture in transport spatial filter.Additionally,based on the design of off-axis angle complanation combined with the characteristics of mutual imaging between the distorted mirror and the reflector in amplifier cavity,the off-axis multi-pass of cavity spatial filter composed with SSF is designed to avoid the amplified spontaneous emission,which lays the foundation for the practical application of SSF and the further development of high power lasers.
