环行铁道铁路城市配送中心建设方案研究

摘　　要：铁路城市配送中心是我国铁路货运向现代物流转型的发展方向,在阐述环行铁道铁路城市配送中心现状的基础上,分析其功能定位、发展目标及功能需求,结合无人工装卸货场、现代化冷库、商品车物流基地、货运站场、保税区、体验式消费区等,提出环行铁道铁路城市配送中心的建设方案,通过构建"互联网+运输"新型物联网,应用该新型物联网研发高度信息化和自动化的物流技术装备,实现环行铁道铁路城市配送中心全程物流的信息化和装备现代化,最后分析建设环行铁道铁路城市配送中心的预期实施成果,为各地区铁路城市配送中心的发展和建设提供参考。Railway city distribution center is a development direction for Chinese railway freight transportation transforming into modem logistics, on the basis of expounding the status of loop railway city distribution center, this paper analyzes the center＇s function orientation, development goals, and function demands, and puts forward the construction plan of the center combining with unmanned freight yard, modem cold storage, commercial car logistics base, freight station yard, bonded zone and experiential consumption region. Through constructing a new internet of Things called ＂Intemet ＋ Transport＂, the highly informative and automatic logistics technology and equipment are studied by applying the new intemet of things, and the informatization and equipment modernization of whole-process logistics of the center are realized. In the end, the paper analyzes the expected implementation results for constructing loop railway city distribution center, so as to provide references for the development and construction of the centers in different regions.
