河南某浮选精矿絮凝沉降性能的研究

摘　　要：针对河南某浮选精矿微细粒多,沉降困难,循环水固含高,导致浓密池冒槽跑浑严重的问题进行了添加絮凝剂改善沉降状况的试验。主要进行了絮凝剂的种类筛选、添加方式、用量等工艺制度的试验。结果表明,在用量为22.09g/t时,絮凝剂2#、絮凝剂3#能够起到良好效果。其中,絮凝剂2#适用于一次添加方式,絮凝剂3#在累次添加方式下效果更为显著。絮凝剂2#的底流压缩比较高,但是絮凝剂3#的上清液比较清。浮选精矿中絮凝剂的添加提高了浮选精矿的沉降速度,降低了循环水的固含,显著提高了循环水的利用率,在保证良好选矿指标的前提下,确保了整个工艺的有效运行。In order to solve the problem that the flotation con- centrate in a beneficiation plant in Henan contains too much fine grains, the sedimentation is difficult and the circulating water is high in solidity,which leads to the serious overflow and mudflow from the flotation cell of thickening pool, tests were conducted to improve the sedimentation condition by adding floeculant, mainly involved in selection of flocculant type,dosage and addition meth- od. The results showed that flocculant 2 ~ and flocculant 3 0 could achieve good results when the dosage is 22.09 g / t. Among them, flocculant 2 # is suitable for one-time addition,while it is more significant for flocculant 3 ~ to increase the effect when it is added in a cumulative way. The compression ratio of flocculant 2 # is higher than that of flocculant 3 ~, but the supernatant of flocculant 30 is relatively clear. Anyway,addition of flocculant in the flotation concentrate can improve its settling speed, reduce the solid content of circulating water, significantly improve the utiliza- tion rate of circulating water and ensure the effective operation of the whole process under the premise of good mineral processing indexes.
