摘 要:为保证程潮铁矿选矿车间的安全生产,将无底柱分段崩落法调整为充填采矿法对其压覆的矿体进行开采。为确定最优的充填采矿法,引入系统工程学科的分析手段对其进行研究。为了使评价结果具有较好的客观性和科学性,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相结合的方法,对3种备选充填采矿法进行优选:利用层次分析法综合考虑6项主要的技术经济指标,并采用三标度法较科学合理地确定各项指标的权重;利用模糊综合评价法构建采矿方法与各项指标之间的模糊关系;将各项指标权重与该模糊关系相结合,得到采矿方法关于各项指标的综合隶属度。根据综合隶属度的大小,即可对采矿方法的优劣进行综合评价。评价结果表明,上向进路充填法为最适用于程潮铁矿压覆矿体开采的充填采矿法。The filling mining method was used instead of non- pillar sublevel caving to mine the constructed over ore body to ensure safety in the operation of a beneficiation plant of Chenchao I- ron Mine. The optimal filling mining method was determined by introducing the Systems Engineering analysis method, In order to guarantee objectivity and scientificity of the evaluation results, a method of analytic hierarchy process in combination with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was employed to optimize the three alternative filling mining methods. Six technical and economical in- dicators were overall considered by analytic hierarchy process, and their weights were defined scientifically and reasonably by three sign degree. A fuzzy relationship between mining methods and indicators was established by applying fuzzy comprehensive e- valuation method. Comprehensive feudatory degrees of the three mining methods could be obtained by combining the index weight matrix and the fuzzy relationship. Then, the mining methods can be ranked according to the value of comprehensive feudatory de- grees. The ranking results showed that the filling-up method is the most suitable for the constructed over ore body in Chenehao Iron Mine.
