摘 要:采用自主研制的原状样品取样钻机于工程现场从5个不同层理角度开展泥岩样品钻取实验。通过分析钻进时最佳水流量、转速与钻进速度的关系,研究泥岩的钻进层理结构效应。实验结果表明,层理角度与最佳水流量曲线大致呈"V"形,60°时最佳水流量最小;在达到最佳水流量的情况下,不同层理角度的钻进速度也不同,曲线呈倒"V"型,60°时钻进速度最大。进一步分析可知,不同层理角度泥岩的强度是不一样的,强度排序为σ_(0°)>σ_(90°)>σ_(30°)>σ_(45°)>σ_(60°),60°时钻进层理结构效应最大,0°时最小。A self-developed sampling rig for undisturbed sam- ples was adopted in the drilling experiments of mudstone samples at five angles on the project site. By analyzing the relationship be- tween optimum water volume, speed of rotation and drilling speed, the drilling bedding structure effect of mudstone was stud- led. The experimental results showed that the stratification angle and the optimum water quantity curve is approximately "V" ,and the optimum water quantity is minimum at 60°. With the opti- mum water quantity, the drilling speed of different bedding an- gles is different, the curve is inverted "V" shape, and the drilling speed is the maximum at 60°. By further analysis, it is concluded that the strength of mudstone varies with different bedding angles and its order is σ0°〉σ90°〉σ45°〉σ60°. The effect of drilling bedding structure was the biggest at 60°,and the minimum at 0°.
