浙江省建筑业发展效率差异性评价研究——基于面板DEA-Tobit方法

摘　　要：基于2008-2015年浙江省各市的建筑业面板数据,采用BCC-DEA模型评价浙江省建筑业在纵向和横向的发展效率,用Tobit模型对浙江省建筑业发展效率的影响因素进行分析。研究表明:浙江省建筑业总体发展水平在纵向上存在2008-2011年的波动较大,在横向上各市建筑业的发展水平差异较大;影响因素研究分析的结果表明:建筑业发达程度、建筑业人均资产均显著提高建筑业发展效率,而建筑业国有化程度则不利于建筑业发展效率的提高。Applied BCC-DEA model and based on the panel data of the construction industry in the cities in Zhejiang from 2008 to 2015,this paper evaluates the longitudinal and transverse development efficiency of construction industry in Zhejiang.Moreover,Tobit model is applied to analyze its influence factors.The results show that from the longitudinal perspective the overall development of construction industry in Zhejiang fluctuated greatly from 2008 to 2011and from the horizontal perspective the development of this industry in each city in Zhejiang differs greatly.The analysis results of the influence factors show that both the development level of construction industry and the per capita assets contribute greatly to its efficiency improvement.On the contrary,the nationalization process of the construction industry exerts a negative impact on the efficiency improvement.
