摘　　要：鉴于丰满发电厂运行近60多年,导水机构磨损严重存在诸多问题,维护、检修不便,运行存在隐患的情况,经过对导水机构卓有成效的改造,机组维护、检修便利性和运行可靠性显著提高。本文对这次改造进行了详细介绍和总结。In view of running for nearly 60 years of fengman power plant,water guide wear serious,more problems,is not conducive to the maintenance and repair,there are risks. After water guide mechanism for effective design,crew maintenance and repair convenience and operational reliability improved significantly. In this paper,described in detail and summary.
