摘　　要：目的探讨藻酸钙敷料在治疗儿童鼻出血中的作用及优势。方法将90例鼻出血患儿随机分成治疗组(50例)和对照组(40例)。治疗组采用藻酸钙敷料行鼻腔填塞,对照组用凡士林纱条行鼻腔填塞。分别对2组患儿鼻腔填塞后引起的鼻塞、鼻胀痛感、打喷嚏、夜间张口呼吸情况进行视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS),并观察取出鼻腔填塞物后鼻腔黏膜的变化。结果治疗组有效48例(96.0%),对照组有效37例(92.5%),差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.07,P>0.05);取出鼻腔填塞物后,治疗组和对照组分别有8例、21例发生鼻腔黏膜糜烂,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.05,P<0.01)。治疗组鼻塞、鼻胀痛感的评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.82,6.18,P值均<0.01);治疗组打喷嚏、夜间张口呼吸的评分较对照组低,差异无统计学意义(t=1.81,1.77,P值均>0.05)。结论藻酸钙敷料填塞可有效治疗儿童鼻出血,明显减轻患儿痛苦,提高患儿依从性,是治疗儿童鼻出血的理想选择。Objective To explore the curative effect of Sorbalgon strips for nasal packing in the treatment of pediatric epistaxis, and to explore a safe, effective, easy treatment method with less pain for pediatric epistaxis. Methods A total of 90 children with epistaxis treated in the hospital from December 2012 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group （50 cases ） and control group （40 cases ）. The children in treatment group received anterior nasal packing with Sorbalgon strips; while the children in control group received anterior nasa] packing with Vaseline gauze tampons. The hemostasia effect and nasal cavity mucosa erosion were observed. The nasal congestion, nasal pain, sneezing, and mouth breathing at night were compared with visual analogue scale（VAS）. Results The bleeding points were all found in the anterior part of the nasal septum. In the treatment group ,48 children were effective, the effective rate was 96.0% ;while in the control group, 37 children were effective, the effective rate was 92.5% ; there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no nasal septum perforation or nasal cavity adhesion in both groups. The scores of nasal congestion and nasal pain in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group and there were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. The scores of sneezing and mouth breathing at night in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were 8 children who had nasal cavity mucosa erosion in the treatment group and 21 children in the control group; there was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Anterior nasal packing with Sorbalgon strips is a safe, effective, easy treatment method with less pain for pediatric epistaxis, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
