复方硫洗剂中硫和硫酸锌含量测定方法的改进研究

摘　　要：目的建立和改进原标准中硫洗剂的硫和硫酸锌的含量测定方法。方法用滴定法测定硫和硫酸锌的含量。结果硫的平均回收率分别为100.45%、99.02%、99.99%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.81%;硫酸锌的平均回收率分别为98.82%、102.51%、101.65%,RSD为1.76%。平均回收率、精密度、重现性、稳定性均符合要求。结论改进后的滴定法测定硫和硫酸锌的含量,滴定终点灵敏,易于观察,有利于更好地控制复方硫洗剂的质量。Objective To revise the method for content determination of sulfur and zinc sulfate. Methods The content of sulfur and zinc sulfate were determined by titrimetric method. Results The recovery rate were 100.45%、99.02%、99.99%, RSD is 0.81%, and 98.82%、102.51%、101.65%,RSD is 1.76%,precision,reproducibility and stability of sulfur and zinc sulfate were consistent with the request. Conclusion The titrating termination was sensitive and easy to be observed for quality control of this preparation.
