元胡止痛滴丸对未孕大鼠离体子宫收缩影响研究

摘　　要：目的:通过加入不同工具药观察元胡止痛滴丸对未孕大鼠离体子宫收缩活动的影响,从离体器官层次探寻其镇痛作用的可能机制。方法:制备未孕大鼠离体子宫收缩模型,待缩宫素等工具药作用后,加入元胡止痛滴丸,观察其不同浓度对离体子宫收缩频率、振幅的影响。结果:元胡止痛滴丸对离体子宫自主收缩活动基本无影响,可降低缩宫素、氯化乙酰胆碱所致子宫收缩的频率及活动力,使前列腺素2α致子宫收缩变得规律,对氯化钾引起的强直性收缩基本无影响。结论:元胡止痛滴丸可能通过影响缩宫素受体、前列腺素2α受体及M3受体,对原发性痛经具有镇痛作用。Objective：To observe the effect of Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pills on contraction of uterus isolated from unpregnancy rats by adding different tool medicine, and search for the possible mechanism of analgesic effect in vitro. Methods：Prepare the contraction model of uterus isolated from unpregnancy rats, and observe the effect of Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pills with different concentration on the frequency and amplitude of uterus contraction after adding tool medicine such as oxytocin and acetylcholine chloride. Results： Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pills has almost no effect on voluntary contraction of uterus. It can reduce the frequency and motility of uterus contraction induced by oxytocin or acetylcholine chloride, and make irregular uterus contraction caused by prostaglandin 2α regularly. But has no effect on tetanic contraction of uterus caused by KCl. Conclusion ： Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pills play a role of analgesia on primary dysmenorrhea probably through affecting oxytocin receptor, PGF2α receptor and M3 receptor.
