摘  要:中药材在生长、采收、加工尤其储藏过程中,受其自身因素及外在环境条件的影响,极易发生霉变,并产生具有体内蓄积毒性的真菌毒素,不仅会影响药材的质量,造成巨大的经济损失,而且会影响药材的安全性和有效性,对人体健康造成严重的潜在威胁。随着人们中药养生保健意识的增强,如何防控中药材霉变以保证药材的质量和安全已成为人们关注的焦点。介绍微波干燥的原理,对微波干燥技术在中药方面的应用研究现状进行了介绍,并对该技术在中药材及其制剂贮藏养护等方面的应用前景进行展望。While TCM in growing, harvesting, processing, especially in the storage process, affecting by its own factors and external environmental conditions, prone to mildew, and produce in vivo accumulation of fungal toxins. Not only will affect the quality of herbs Huge economic losses,and will affect the safety and effectiveness of herbs, human health poses a serious potential threat. With the people's health awareness of health care, how to prevent the quality of Chinese herbal medicine to ensure that the quality and safety of herbs has become the focus of attention. In this paper, the principle o{ microwave drying is introduced, and the application status of microwave drying technology in Chinese herbal medicine, and the technology of Chinese medicine and its preparation and other aspects of the application prospects for the future.
