重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶联合磺胺嘧啶锌软膏治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶(R-bFGF)联合磺胺嘧啶锌软膏对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的治疗作用。方法:将106例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各53例,治疗组患者采用R-bFGF联合磺胺嘧啶锌软膏治疗,对照组患者采用磺胺嘧啶锌软膏治疗。观察比较两组患者创面愈合率、平均愈合时间及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组与对照组患者创面处理后3天创面愈合率分别为(5.92±0.38)%和(5.79±0.45)%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组在创面处理后8天、13天、18天和23天的创面愈合率分别为(30.74±1.66)%、(65.29±3.02)%、(90.25±5.47)%、(98.71±8.72)%,显著高于对照组的(23.29±2.11)%、(56.39±2.96)%、(81.94±5.01)%、(95.46±7.93)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组创面愈合时间为(20.14±5.92)d,显著低于对照组的(22.36±4.66)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应以局部刺激为主,个别患者出现短暂性烧灼痛,均未服用药物止痛,对疗效无不良影响。结论:R-bFGF联合磺胺嘧啶锌软膏能有效促进深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合,显著缩短创面愈合时间,无明显不良反应,具有一定的临床推广价值。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel （ R-bFGF ） combined with sulfadiazine zinc ointment on the patients with deep Ⅱ degree burns. Methods： 106 patients with deep Ⅱ degree burns were randomly divided into 2 groups , the treatment group （n= 53） with R-bFGF combined with sulfadiazine zinc ointment treatment ,and the control group （n= 53） using sulfadiazine zinc treatment. To observe the wound healing rate, average healing time and ad verse reactions of patients in two groups. Results： The wound healing rates were （5.92±0.38）% and （5.79±0.45）% of the treatment group and control group at 3 days after wound treatment, there was no significant difference （P〈0.05）. After treatment with R-bFGF and sulfadiazine zinc ointment 8d. 13d. 18d and 23d, the wound healing rate were （30.74 ± 1.66）%. （65.29 ± 3.02 ）%, （90.25 ± 5.47）%. （98.71 ± 8. 72 ） %, respectively, which were significantly higher than the control group of （23. 29 ± 2. 11 ）%, （56.39±2.96）%,（81.94±5.01）%,（95.46±7.93）% （P〈0. 05）. The wound healing time of the treatment group was （20.14 ± 5.92） d, which was significantly lower than the control group （22.36 ± 4.66） d （P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions in the two groups were mainly localized stimulation, individual patients suffered from transient burning pain, all did not take drugs to relieve pain, and had no adverse effect on the curative effect. Conclusion. RbFGF combined with Sulfadiazine Zinc Ointment can effectively promote the wound healing of deep second degree burn, significantly shorten the wound healing time,and had no significant adverse reactions, and with the promotion value.
