摘 要:目的探讨茴香提取液对糖尿病大鼠肝功能的影响及其作用机制。方法将48只大鼠根据血糖分层随机分为造模组(n=40)及正常对照组(n=8),造模组给予链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病模型,正常对照组给予等体积柠檬酸缓冲液。成模后,将造模组随机分为模型组、二甲双胍组、护肝片组、茴香低剂量组和高剂量组,每组各8只。给予相应处理后,比较各组FBG、AST、ALT、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及肝脏系数,并观察肝脏组织形态学的改变。结果经不同处理后,与正常对照组比较,模型组FBG、肝脏系数、MDA、血清和肝组织中AST、ALT水平均升高,GSH、SOD水平均降低(均P<0.05),肝组织病理变化较重;茴香各剂量组肝脏系数、FBG均低于模型组,其中两组FBG均低于护肝片组(均P<0.05)。与模型组相比,茴香高剂量组SOD、GSH水平较高,MDA水平较低;茴香低剂量组仅GSH水平较高;茴香各剂量组SOD水平均低于护肝片组(均P<0.05)。茴香各剂量组血清和肝组织ALT、AST的水平均低于模型组,其中茴香高剂量组血清及肝组织ALT、AST均低于二甲双胍组,血清ALT低于茴香低剂量组(均P<0.05)。茴香各剂量组肝组织病理变化均轻于模型组。结论茴香可能通过减少肝组织脂质过氧化产物的产生、提高自由基的清除能力和抗氧化能力来降低糖尿病的肝损害。Objective To explore the efficacy of Foeniculum vulgare extracts on liver function of diabetic rats and its mechanism . Methods A total of 48 rats were divided into modeling group (n=40) and normal control group (n=8) according to their blood glucose using stratified randomization method .The modeling group was treated with streptozotocin to develop the diabetes models ,while the normal control group was given equivoluminal citrate buffer .After the models were successful developed,the modeling group was randomly divided into model group,metformin group,liver-protecting tablet group,low-dose Foeniculum vulgare group and high-dose Foeniculum vulgare group, with 8 rats in each group.After the corresponding treatment,FBG,AST,ALT,glutathione(GSH),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA) and liver coefficient were compared,and the morphologic changes in liver tissues were observed in each group.Results After the corresponding treatment,the FBG level,liver coefficient,MDA,levels of AST and ALT in serum and liver tissues increased while the levels of GSH and SOD decreased in the model group compared to the normal control group (all P〈0.05),and its liver tissues showed obvious histopathologic changes;liver coefficient and FBG level in the Foeniculum vulgare groups were lower than those in the model group , the Foeniculum vulgare groups had lower FBG levels compared to the liver-protection tablet group ( all P〈0.05).Compared to the model group,the high-dose Foeniculum vulgare group obtained higher SOD and GSH levels and lower MDA level while the low -dose Foeniculum vulgare group obtained higher GSH level,and the SOD level in the Foeniculum vulgare groups was lower than that in the liver-protecting tablet group (all P〈0.05).Levels of AST and ALT in serum and liver tissues in the Foeniculum vulgare groups were all lower than those in the model group ,the high-dose Foeniculum vulgare group had lower levels of AST and ALT in serum and liver tissues compared to the metformin group
