黄芪多糖对獭兔生产性能及饲料养分消化率的影响

摘　　要：研究日粮中添加不同水平的黄芪多糖对獭兔生产性能和消化率的影响。选取50日龄健康、体重相近的青年獭兔64只,随机分为4个组,每组16只,试验期30天,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1,2,3组分别在基础日粮添加0.1%、0.15%、0.2%的黄芪多糖。结果表明:各组间日增重和对照组差异性不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验1,2,3组料重比显著下降(P<0.05);黄芪多糖对獭兔日粮干物质、能量、粗蛋白表观消化率有提高的趋势(P>0.05),显著提高粗纤维消化率(P<0.05);综合表明,獭兔日粮中黄芪多糖适宜添加量为0.15%。To study the effect of Astragalus polysaccharides on the product performance and nutrient digestibili-ty of Rex rabbit. 64 healthy young rex rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group with 16 rabbits.The test lasted for 30 d. The basal diet fed to the control group,while the diet of test 1,2,3 group were add-ed to 0.1%,0.15%,0.2% astragalus polysaccharide respectively. The results showed that there was no signifi-cant difference in the daily gain among the groups（P0.05）. Compared with the control group,the FCR of thetest 1,2,3 group decreased significantly（P0.05）. The apparent digestibility of energy,protein,crude fiber ofthe and the test group were improved（P0.05）. The optimum dosage of astragalus polysaccharide in rabbit ra-tion is 0.15%.
