摘  要:采用并联接头结构连接转子内、外圈线圈,两极间并联支路交错连接,以实现大容量双水内冷汽轮发电机转子线圈并联结构下的水电连接。通过ANSYS分析,验证了并联接头结构在机组运行时的可靠性。经反复试验,确定采用两步焊接法,有效保证了并联接头与内、外圈线圈的焊接质量。Parallel joint was applied to connect the inside and outside coils of rotor as well as the two parallel branches cross-connected between poles, to establish the water and electric connection in the rotor windings of the large capacity double water inner-cooled turbine generator in form of parallel connection. The reliability of the parallel connecting construction under the operation of the generator-set were verified by ANSYS analysis. After repeated and continuous tests, the two-steps welding procedure was adopted to effectively ensure the welding quality between the parallel joint and inside outside coils.
