摘　　要：从江西省的水权交易现状入手,分析当前水权交易存在的问题,提出开展水权交易制度体系构建的初步思路,为推进江西省水权水市场建设提出建议,并为南方丰水地区水权交易制度的理论研究提供借鉴.Starting from the current situation of water right transaction in Jiangxi province to analyze the existing problems of water right transaction. And put forward some ideas to construct the water rights trading system. Suggestions for promoting the construction of water rights market in Jiangxi province and some other relevant work were also proposed. The results can provide reference for the theoretical study of water rights trading system in southern water-rich areas.
