摘 要:为解决某钢厂高强钢板坯二冷动态配水模型的不足,开发了新的三维二冷动态配水系统,并通过钢厂现场实验,数据采集和分析,校验和完善二冷区铸坯凝固传热计算数学模型,并结合测典型点的铸坯表面(铸坯中心、铸坯角部)温度测定,修正新开发的模型。在线应用该系统,进而优化工艺参数,制定合理的配水制度,降低高强钢封锁率和裂纹发生率,提高铸坯的表面质量和内部质量。In order to solve the shortcomings of the new Dynamic secondary cooling model of high strength steel slab in a steel industry,on the base of the new three-dimensional Dynamic secondary cooling system developed by the steel industry,the slag solidification of the secondary cooling storage area is verified and improved by the field research experiments research,data collection and analysis Heat transfer calculation mathematical model,combined with the typical point of the slab surface(slab center,slab corner)temperature measurement,and modify the newly developed model.Through the application of the system on-line,optimize the process parameters,develop a better Dynamic secondary cooling system,and reduce the high-strength steel blockade rate and crack rate,improve the surface quality and internal quality of slab.
