摘　　要：信息时代对图书馆提出了转型要求。美国图书馆转型享誉全球,已发展成规模化运动。介绍了美国图书馆转型运动的背景、目标及内容,从信息服务营销的视角分析了积极对外合作、强化绩效评估、注重宣传推广等成功经验,建议国内图书馆转变服务理念及方式、完善服务成效评价标准、拓展社会合作关系。The information age has made a requirement on library transformation.ALA’s＂Libraries Transform＂is famous worldwide and has developed into a large-scale campaign.This paper introduces the campaign’s background,objective and content,analyzes its successful experiences such as building external partnerships,strengthening performance evaluation,paying attention to marketing and promotion,and finally suggests that our libraries should change service concept and mode,improve performance evaluation criteria and expand social cooperation.
