摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在ICU俯卧位通气患者压疮预防中的应用效果。方法选取2014年10月至2016年1月本院综合ICU中行俯卧位通气治疗的62例患者作为研究对象,将其中2014年10月至2015年5月纳入的31例作为对照组,2015年6月至2016年1月纳入的31例作为观察组。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施俯卧位通气患者综合护理干预方案,比较两组患者的压疮发生情况。结果观察组患者的压疮发生率低于对照组(19.4%vs 80.0%),差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论给予俯卧位通气患者综合护理干预能有效降低压疮发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions on the prevention of pressure ulcer in ICU prone position ventilation patients. Method To select 31 ICU prone position ventilation patients from October in 2014 to May in 2015 as control group and another 31 prone position ventilation patients from June in 2015 to January in 2016 as experimental group in a tertiary general hospital of Beijing. The control group uses traditional health care methods while the experimental group takes comprehensive nursing interventions on the basis of the traditional health care methods, and finally compare the two groups of patients＇ pressure ulcer condition. Result The incidence of pressure ulcer in the experimental group is 19.4%, which is lower than the control group with 80.0% （P〈0.001）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer in ICU prone position ventilation patients.
