摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在预防血液透析患者中心静脉置管并发症中的应用。方法选取2013年5月至2016年1月于吉林大学第二医院进行中心静脉置管的血液透析患者96例,依据系统抽样法将患者分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48),观察组进行循证护理,对照组进行常规护理,比较2组患者的诊疗护理满意度(服务态度、健康指导、病区环境、护理技术、治疗效果)及中心静脉置管并发症(导管脱出、感染、出血及导管堵塞)的发生率。结果观察组的诊疗护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05),中心静脉置管并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能够提高中心静脉置管患者的诊疗护理满意度,并且能降低中心静脉置管后的并发症。Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in preventing complications of central venous catheterization in patients with hemodialysis. Methods From May 2013 to January 2016, 96 patients underwent hemodialysis by central venous catheterization in the Second Hospital of Jilin University. All the patients were randomly divided into observation group （n 〈 48） and control group （n 〈 48） according to systematic sampling method. Evidence-based nursing was given in the observation group and routine nursing was given in the control group. The nursing satisfaction （service attitude, health guidance, ward environment, nursing technique and treatment effect） and the complication rate （catheter prolapse, infection, hemorrhage and catheter blockage） of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Evidence-based nursing can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with central venous catheterization, and reduce the complications after central venous catheterization.
