A Study on Library Donation in “985 Project” Academic Libraries

摘　　要：通过网络调研和实际捐赠行为,对我国39所"985工程"高校图书馆的图书捐赠工作进行了研究。高校图书馆目前普遍重视图书捐赠工作,在捐赠说明、业务流程及捐赠管理方面已经有了初步发展,但在捐赠反馈、捐赠宣传、专题网站建设及图书法律归属权等方面存在不足,缺乏与捐赠人的交互及对捐赠利用数据的反馈。提出加强捐赠制度建设、增强宣传推广力度、将捐赠服务与社会服务相结合及完善捐赠管理与服务流程来深化高校图书馆的图书捐赠服务。The research studies the book donation services in 39 ＂985 Project＂ Universities through on- line survey and investigation of practice. It is found that academic libraries have paid great attention on book donation and generally developed donation instruction, donation process and management while how- ever needed to improve in evaluating and promoting donation services, constructing websites and legislating for the ownership. Furthermore, more interaction between the library and the donors and information such as the use of the donated books are necessary. Ultimately, it is proposed to make more efforts to promote donation services, to coordinate donation services and social services and to improve donation management and service process for the purpose of improving donation services of academic libraries.
