深化“供给侧结构性改革”视角下的我国高校图书馆联盟转型与发展

摘　　要：通过对国际图书馆联盟的最新发展趋势的研究,对比分析了当前我国高校图书馆联盟发展面临的主要问题及其成因,并在"供给侧结构性改革"理念指导下,提出我国高校图书馆联盟转型与发展的方针与策略。即应以满足国家大的改革与发展方针为目标,通过"补短板""调结构""稳增长",进一步整合高校优质资源,引领和推动全国范围内的文献信息多样化服务与深度共享,将高校图书馆联盟建设成为我国图书馆事业的"战略资源"和"创新引擎"。This paper introduced the latest developments in the overseas library consortia, analyzed the main reasons leading to a variety of problems of the development of academic library consortia in China. And according to the theory of the Supply Side Structural Reform, the strategy and tactics of the transfor- mation and development of library consortia in China are put forward. Through improving weak links, making structural adjustments and ensuring steady growth, promoting the diversification of literature and the nationwide in-depth of resource sharing, let the library consortia be a ＂strategic resource＂ and ＂innova- tion engine＂ of librarianship in China.
