摘　　要：固定床间歇式造气系统泵站采用齿轮泵噪音大,对操作人员身心环境造成损害,只对一台齿轮泵改造为叶片泵后,操作环境噪音降低了5db,且避免了齿轮泵夏季由于油温升高、压力下降的情况,为固定床间歇式造气系统泵站改造降低噪音提供了可行方法。Gear pump application in pumping station of fixed-bed coal gasification results in big noise, which will do harm to operators. Retrofits are implemented by replacement one gear pump with vane pump, which reduce noise by 5 db. What＇s more, for gear pump, oil temperature becomes high in summer and pump head decreases. By alteration, these phenomena are avoided. Feasible measures are provided to reduce noise in pumping station of fixed-bed coal gasification.
