摘　　要：通过对合成氨装置储罐闪蒸气氨回收现状及氨回收装置原始设计回收能力进行评估,针对放空气氨回收不完全的情况深入研究并进行改造,使合成装置闪蒸气氨得以充分回收利用,达到节能降耗及环保目的,增加企业经济效益。By analyzing the situation of gaseous ammonia recycle from gas of storage tanks and flash gas, evaluating the design capacity of ammonia recycle unit, studying the phenomenon of inadequate recovery of ammonia, retrofit is carried out, which makes full use of gaseous ammonia from flash gas of synthetic unit. Energy saving, consumption reducing and environmental protection targets are achieved, economic benefits of company are also increased.
