摘　　要：目的:观察腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术对男性性功能的影响。方法:分析我院2014年8月至2016年8月收治的腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术患者80例,观察患者术前术后的勃起功能、射精功能以及精子指标,比较患者术前术后对男性功能的影响。结果:80例患者中术前勃起功能Ⅰ级、勃起功能Ⅱ级、勃起功能Ⅲ级与术后3个月的比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。80例患者中术前射精功能Ⅰ级、射精功能Ⅱ级、射精功能Ⅲ级与术后3个月的比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。80例患者中术前精子密度低于患者术后3个月的,且经统计学分析差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。80例患者中术前精子活动率低于患者术后3个月的,且经统计学分析差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。80例患者中术前精子活力显著低于患者术后3个月的,且经统计学分析差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术对男性的勃起功能以及射精功能均无显著的影响,但能显著的提高精索静脉曲张患者的各项精子参数的指标,改善患者的精子质量。Objectives： To observe the effect of laparoseopic high ligation of spermatic vein on male sexual function. Methods： 80 patients receiving laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected. The erectile function, ejaculatory function, and sperm quality of patients before and after surgery were compared. Results： There was no significant difference among the 80 patients of erectile function grade I, grade II, and grade III between before and 3 months after surgery （P 〉 0. 05）. There was no sig- nificant difference among the 80 patients of ejaculation grade I, grade II and grade III between before and 3 months after surgery, without significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The preoperative sperm density of patients was significantly lower than that of 3 months after the operation, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The rate of sperm motility in 80 patients before the operation was significantly lower than that of 3 months after the operation, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein has no significant effect on the erectile function and ejaculatory function in males, and it can significantly improve the sperm indicators and sperm quality of patients.
