他达拉非治疗蜜月期阳痿患者120例临床报道

摘　　要：目的:探讨他达拉非对治疗蜜月期阳痿患者的临床报道帮助新婚夫妻成功完成性生活。方法:随机选取本院2015年3月至2016年8月收治的120例蜜月期阳痿患者,并将患者分为两组,第1组(≤25岁)51例,第2组(>25岁)69例。分析新婚夫妻性生活不能正常完成的因素,第1组患者单独给予他达拉非治疗(5mg,1次/d),第2组患者结合他达拉非(10mg,隔日1次)+安特尔(80mg口服,1次/早)治疗,观察患者服用后的病情。结果:蜜月期阳痿是泌尿男科的常见病,如过度兴奋、焦虑或紧张、性技巧和性知识的缺乏等都可能导致该病的发生,两组患者在用药1周后均有成功的性生活。第1组患者在用药1~4周后停药,性生活正常持续。第2组患者在用药1~3个月后停药,性生活正常持续。两组间差异没有统计学意义。结论:他达拉非两种用药方案都可以治疗蜜月期阳痿患者的病情、提高性满意度、改善性功能。这两种服药方案的安全性都较高,且没有明显的差异。他达拉非5mg/次、1次/d的方案用药周期更短,且药效更理想。Objectives： To evaluate the effect of tadalafil in the treatment of impotence in patients during honeymoon period, so as to help newly married couples successfully start sex life. Methods： 120 patients with erec- tile dysfunction during honeymoon in our hospital from March 2015 to August 2016 were divided into two groups, group 1 （51 cases） and group 2 （69 cases）. The factors affecting the newlyweds＇ sex life was analyzed. Group 1 received tadalafil teatment, and group 2 received tadalafil combined with andriol treatment. Results： Honeymoon impotence was common in urology. It was caused by many factors, such as excessive excitement, anxiety or tension,lack of sexual skills and lack of knowledge. After a week of medication, there were cases in the two groups success- fully conducting sex life. After 1 - 4 weeks of medication, group 1 restored normal sexual life. After 1 - 3 months of medication, group 2 restored normal sexual life. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： Two administration regimens of tadalafil can both treat honeymoon impotence, and improve sexual satisfaction and sexual function. The safety of both regimens is high without significant difference. The Tadalafil regimen of once a day of 5mg has shorter medication duration, with better effect.
