米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症对性激素及血清炎症因子水平影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨米非司酮对子宫内膜异位症患者的性激素及血清炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2014年3月至2016年2月我院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者96例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组患者给与米非司酮治疗,对照组患者给与丹那唑治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后性激素卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平变化,并检测血清炎性因子白介素-4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平。结果:与治疗前对比,治疗组与对照组患者的FSH、LH水平明显升高,E2水平明显降低,且治疗后,治疗组患者的FSH及LH明显低于对照组,E2明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的IL-4、TNG-α、hs-CRP及IL-8对比无显著差异(P>0.05),与治疗前对比,治疗后治疗组与对照组患者的IL-4、TNG-α、hs-CRP及IL-8水平均明显降低,且治疗后与对照组对比,治疗组患者的IL-4、TNG-α、hs-CRP及IL-8水平降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症能够明显改善性激素及血清炎症因子水平,对治疗疾病具有积极作用。Objectives： To investigate the effect of mifepristone in treatment of endometriosis on the sex hormone and serum levels of inflammatory factors. Methods： 96 patients with endometriosis in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given mifepristone for treatment and control group was given danazol treatment. Follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） , luteinizing hormone （LH） , estradiol （ E2 ） , serum inflammatory factor interleukin - 4 （ IL - 4 ） , tumor necrosis factor -α（ TNF - α） , high - sensitivity C - reactive protein （ hs - CRP） , interleukin - 8 （ IL - 8 ） levels of the two groups were compared. Results： The FSH and LH levels of treatment group and control group significant- ly increased and E2 levels significantly decreased after treatment. FSH and LH levels in treatment group after treat- ment were significantly lower than these of control group, and E2 level in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; IL - 4, TNG - α, hs - CRP and IL - 8 levels of two groups before treatment had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; IL - 4, TNG - α, hs - CRP and IL - 8 levels of two groups decreased significantly after treatment, more significant in the treatment group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Mifepristone in treatment of endometriosis can improve sex hormone and serum levels of inflammatory factors, which has a positive effect on the treatment of the disease.
