摘 要:目的:通过比较分析高频彩超与MRI检查在膝关节骨性关节炎的诊断价值,探讨彩超的优越性。方法:选择2014年5月至2016年5月在我院收治的临床确诊为膝关节骨性关节炎的病例48例90个膝关节,均进行彩超与MRI检查,对两种检查结果进行对比分析。结果:高频彩超和MRI对膝关节骨性关节炎非骨性病变均具有良好的显示率,对关节内韧带(前后交叉韧带)MRI优于超声,但在显示滑膜血管方面彩超优于MRI。结论:高频彩超、MRI对诊断膝关节骨性关节炎诊断价值相当,在关节内韧带、滑膜血管方面各有优势,可以相互补充,但彩超方便廉价,实时无创,重复性强,可作为首选筛查方法。Objective: Through comparative analysis of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound and MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint osteoarthritis,to explore the advantage of color Doppler ultrasound. Methods: All the patients were hospitalized in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016. Before being diagnosed as knee joint osteoarthritis,48 patients of 90 knee joints underwent high frequency color ultrasonic and MRI,and the results were analyzed statistically. Results: High frequency color ultrasound and MRI demonstrated the same resolution in the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis. MRI was superior to ultrasound in revealing intra-articular ligament( anterior and posterior cruciate ligament),but inferior to high frequency color ultrasonic in distinguishing synovial blood vessels.Conclusion: High frequency color ultrasonic and MRI have the same value in diagnosing ligaments and synovial blood vessels of knee joint osteoarthritis,but the former has the advantage of being a convenient,cheap,real-time noninvasive,and repeatable performance and can be used as the preferred screening method compared with MRI.
