摘  要:糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,其发病机制暂不完全明确,而发病率高,检查方法又比较局限,需要寻找更为简便准确的方法进行早诊早治。Dickkopf-1(DKK1)是DKK家族的重要成员。有研究表明DKK1与代谢紊乱、糖尿病微血管病变、炎症、自身免疫均有关,这些因素也恰恰参与了DPN的发生发展。所以本文就糖尿病周围神经病变发病机制与DKK1水平关系做一综述。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy( DPN),which is the most common complication of diabetes,is a complex disease due to its ambiguous pathogenetic factors. To date,due to the high incidence and relatively limited inspection methods of DPN,it is essential to find a convenient and accurate way for diagnosis and treatment in the early stage. Dickkopf-1( DKK1) is one of the most important members of DKK family. Studies have shown that DKK1 is related to many elements that play an important role in the occurrence and development of DPN,such as metabolic disorders,diabetic microvascular diseases,autoimmune diseases and inflammation. The purpose of this article is to discuss the close relationship between mechanism of DPN and DKK1.
