摘  要:针对传统履带车质量重、速度慢的问题,对履带车悬挂系统结构进行改进,设计出速度高、质量轻的履带车。利用Recurdyn中的Track-HM模块建立三维高速履带车模型,基于多体动力学理论建立履带车悬挂系统半车振动力学模型和动力学方程。用Recurdyn仿真验证高速履带车翻越垂直壁障时悬挂系统参数对其乘坐舒适性和稳定性的影响,得到了不同悬挂系统参数下高速履带车质心垂直位移和垂直加速度变化曲线。仿真结果表明,悬挂系统参数对高速履带车的乘坐舒适性和稳定性有着很大的影响。Aiming at the problems of high quality and slow speed of traditional tracked vehicle, a suspension sys- tem strcnture was improved and a tracked vehicle with high speed and light quality was designed in the paper. A three -dimensional model of vehicle was set up using Track-HM module of Recurdyn. Half car vibration mechanical model and dynamical equations of suspension system were set up on the base of multi-body dynamics theory. The influence of suspension system parameters on the ride comfort and stability of the vehicle was verified using Reeurdyn when it was climbing the vertical barrier. The varying curves of displacement and acceleration of the centroid under the differ- ent parameters of suspension system was obtained. The simulation results show that the parameters of the suspension system have a great impact on the stability and the ride comfort of vehicle.
