摘　　要：公募基金会要向社会筹款，要对捐款人负责，所以不太容易创新。家族基金会花自己家族的钱，更应该从事一些引领性的、创新性的慈善活动，开展更可持续的、更有生命力的慈善项目。Public-raising foundations raising money from the public, should be responsible for the donor, so it is hard to innovate. Family foundations spend their own money, should engage in some leading, innovative charity activities, and should carry out more sustainable, more viable charity projects
