摘  要:从偶然芽变中选出的红河紫枣有较好的经济性状,经扩繁和对比试验,其抗病性、产量和质量综合评价优于当地主栽品种。文中阐述优株的发现、对比试验、抗病性比较等紫枣选育过程。果实品质测试分析结果,其单果重8.65 g,总糖含量12.83%,有机酸0.49%,可食率98.12%,维生素C含量2 018.25 mg/kg。维生素C含量远高于一般品种380~600 mg/kg的水平。2012年经云南省林木品种审定委员会认定为枣树优良品种。文中还阐述了紫枣的生物学特性,以及园地选择、嫁接定植、栽后管理和病虫害防治等栽培技术要点。By propagation and contrast test, Honghe purple ziziphus jujuba, selected from accidental bud mutation, surpassed local major varieties in disease resistance, yield and comprehensive evaluation of quality. This paper illustrated the breeding process of superior individuals selection, contrast test and dis- ease resistance comparison. The results of fruit quality test showed that the fruit weight 8.65g with 12. 83% sugar, 0.49% organic acids, 98.12% edible part and 2018.25mg/kg vitamin C which was much higher than ordinary varieties with 380 -600mg/kg vitamin C. Honghe purple ziziphus jujuba was i- dentified as an excellent variety by the Yunnan Provincial Forest Variety Approval Committee in 2012. This paper also elaborated the biological characteristics of Honghe purple ziziphus jujube, and its cultiva- tion techniques of garden selection, grafting, management and pest control.
