摘  要:研究了涤纶细旦丝生产过程中纺丝组件上机失败的因素,如组件滤材的材质、尺寸影响漏浆,喷丝板微孔有杂质、微孔有形变造成出丝不均匀、柱头,组件内部部件有杂质堵塞喷丝板微孔,组件的储存温度、环境等。提出了相应的改进方案及措施。此研究可提高组件上机成功率,进而提高涤纶细旦丝的生产效率和产品品质。The failure factors on the machine success rate of spinning assembly in the production process of polyester fine denier filament were studied. Such as the material and size of the spinning pack filter material affected the leak- age of the slun'y. The spinneret micropores have impurities and deformation resulting in uneven filament and stig- ma. The internal components of the spinning pack have impurities and plug the spinneret orifices, the spinning pack storage temperature, the environment and so on. The corresponding improvement programs and measures were put forward . This study can improve the machine success rate of spinning pack, thereby improving the production efficiency and ptvduct quality of polyester fine denier filament.
