摘　　要：以《江苏省1∶500 1∶1 000 1∶2 000基础地理信息地形要素数据规范》为基础,制定了MDIGS数据向GIS数据的转换方案,通过Arc GISEngine和Teigha.net开发数据无损转换工具,实现了MDIGS平台DLG数据向ESRI平台Geo Database数据库自动、高效入库。This paper is based on Data Specification for 1 ： 500 1 ： 1 000 1 ： 2 000 Fundamental Geographic Information Topographic Feature of Jiangsu, formulated a conversion method from MDIGS data to GIS data. Through the integration between ArcGISEngine and Teigha. net, has developed a lossless conversion tools, it can realize the warehousing of MDIGS platform DLG data to the ESRI plat- form GeoDatabase automatically and efficiently.
